Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or using the services provided by Lefkon Tech (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
Services: a. Lefkon Tech offers Ethernet cable installation, smart smoke detector integration, and PopSocket assistance services. The scope of services provided will be outlined in the specific agreement between the customer and Lefkon Tech.
Payment: a. The customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services rendered by Lefkon Tech. Payment terms, including the payment method, will be mutually agreed upon between Lefkon Tech and the customer.
Appointment and Cancellation: a. Appointments for services will be scheduled based on availability. Lefkon Tech will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the customer’s preferred time and date. b. The customer must provide reasonable notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Warranty and Liability: a. Lefkon Tech warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services due to factors beyond our control, such as equipment failure or network outages. b. Lefkon Tech shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of our services or any actions or omissions by the customer.
Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights related to Lefkon Tech’s services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, are the property of Lefkon Tech. The customer may not use or reproduce any such materials without obtaining prior written permission from Lefkon Tech.
Confidentiality: a. Lefkon Tech and the customer agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the provision of services. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the written consent of the disclosing party.
Termination: a. Lefkon Tech reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to a customer in the event of a violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other breach of agreement between Lefkon Tech and the customer.
Entire Agreement: a. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Lefkon Tech regarding the services provided and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
